Join our team! Willow Glen Veterinary Hospital seeks a great full-time or part-time associate to join our experienced team at our three-doctor general practice. Our neighborhood hospital is located in the heart of San Jose, and we are proud of our roots in the community. The hospital is located next to fantastic restaurants, quaint shops, and “San Jose’s Local Treasure” – the Willow Glen Neighborhood. We build those relationships with mutual trust and respect. Because of our commitment to client care, we have a high level of compliance with recommended diagnostic and treatment plans. The practice offers our doctor team an in-house laboratory (IDEXX), digital radiographs, dental radiographs, and ultrasound imaging. The caseload is general practice, but we will accommodate emergencies and advance surgery if possible.

Eligible for DEA licensure

**Basic surgical knowledge a plus but not required**

Compensation and Benefits include;

– Salary starts at $150-$250k+/year DOE and 22% production, paid quarterly, no negative accrual

– 401k with 3% match
